Download Stationery

The following files are both Word template documents and Adobe Illustrator .AI files.

You should start with the Word files. Only download the AI files if you will be creating something entirely new in Adobe Illustrator.

The above image is an example of what the letterhead should look like. You are free to adjust your text as needed, but the goals are it should be roughly centered top to bottom (the above example show the copy a bit high, but that’s fine, too). Let the amount of text you must fit on the page be your guide.

Lastly, there is both a color and a black and white (actually a grayscale) template. If you know you will be printing to a black and white printer, use the grayscale template as it will render the colors of the logo with greater accuracy.

There is an issue with Internet Explorer and downloading the DOTX files. It seems IE insists on breaking up the file into its component parts. As a temporary workaround please try any browser other than IE. Right click on the file you want, and select “save target as…” or “save link as…”

Google’s Chrome browser seems to work as intended as does Firefox… and it’s always handy to have a second browser available.

Just Added – Color and Grayscale “improved” stationery. These two new files treat the logo and footer as actual “header” and “footer” and thus makes working with the text of the letter a bit easier. To edit the footer, click view -> header and footer and then edit the footer text as needed. Close the header and footer view before printing the document.
