The University of Guanajuato generously hosted ten SOU students and two instructors for the Health Professions Study Tour from August 27 to September 4, 2011. Participants attended seminars on the Mexican health care system, specific health threats in Mexico, family dynamics,and the impact of immigration. They also visited hospitals and health care agencies in León and Guanajuato, as well as visiting the university campuses in both cities. Continue reading →
